Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy. Orders are shipped from BikeChain HQ in Victoria.
Risk passes to you upon delivery to the Delivery Address. Title passes once full payment has been received.
Returns and warranties are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Colours, packaging and dimensions may vary slightly. If a product does not meet ACL requirements, you are entitled to a remedy.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL, including rights to repair, replacement or refund.
All Site content is owned by or licensed to BikeChain Group Pty Ltd, BikeSportz Imports Pty Ltd and their licensors. You must not reproduce or use content without prior written consent.
